Speaker: Kathy Ruffino is the Vice President of HR Coach LLC dba Train Me Today. She has dedicated her HR career to helping business leaders envision and implement innovative human resources solutions that produce results. Her deep understanding of business operations and HR practices allows her to work with clients to create innovative and creative solutions while maintaining compliance in a complex employment landscape.
Kathy continues to share her passion for HR as an HR Certification instructor and mentor, developing and delivering national and international courses on HR, Anti-harassment, employment law compliance, organizational leadership and development and more.
Kathy is a graduate of Brandman University with a Master’s of Science in Human Resource Management and an undergraduate in Business Management from the University of Redlands. She is a nationally certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) and Senior Certified Professional (SCP), as well as a California-specific certification
(PHRca®).
Regularly Scheduled Meetings –Chapter meetings are an ideal place to network and they provide educational opportunities for chapter members to learn more about critical payroll and compliance issues while earning Recertification Credit Hours (RCHs). Non members are charged a $20.00 Fee per Regular Meeting.
