Speaker: Leigh Osterhage, Events Analyst (AGPA) Office of State Controller Betty T. Yee. Leigh has been with the State in January of 2021 as the Event Analyst in the Outreach and Compliance Unit, part of the State Controller’s Office, Unclaimed Property Division. Prior to the State Controller’s Office Leigh spent 12 years in the publishing industry where she was a National Trainer and Project Manager. In her Event Analyst role she is responsible for educating holders on California’s Unclaimed Property Law and mandated reporting requirements.
