Since the early ’80s, Tom has embraced the vision of multi-financial disciplines in order to better serve the small and mid-sized business owners, traditional to the core of WESPAC’s practice. Tom’s uncanny consulting and operational skills catapulted him to be one of the most effective chief operating officers of the WESPAC pension consulting and service division by the late ’80s. Tom sought other entrepreneurial opportunities during the ’90s including his vision to organize a number of overseas opportunities from his adopted country of his youth in the Philippines. Tom’s return to the U.S. and to the retirement & financial services industry ultimately led him back home to WESPAC in 2006. His re-establishment with our company to complement his skill set with our consulting and advisory team where his renaissance and comprehensive background is a valuable asset in servicing WESPAC’s clientele. Tom’s professional credentials and educational background include Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter, Graduate Certificates from The American College, QPA credentialing with the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries, undergraduate studies at the University of the Philippines, and various industry courses and programs.
