OCCAPA Sponsorship Opportunities

Meeting Sponsor – $75 (one chapter meeting)

• Display your company flyers, handouts and materials at the meeting.
• Company Logo & Sponsorship recognition will be listed on the website (on the calendar page) for the month prior to the meeting that your company has sponsored.
• Up to 2 employees from your company may attend the monthly meeting that you’ve co-sponsored.
• President will give recognition at the beginning of the meeting.

 Silver Sponsor – $150 (one chapter meeting)

• Display your company flyers, handouts and materials at the meeting. Marketing packet will be included in the handout packet.
• Company Logo & Sponsorship recognition will be listed on the website and the Monthly Newsletter for the month prior to the meetings that your company has sponsored.
• Up to 5 employees from your company may attend the monthly meeting for which you’re a Silver Sponsor.
• Company will be allowed to deliver a 5 minute “Snapshot” of their company’s products & services at the beginning of the meeting, including PowerPoint (5 slide maximum).
• Brochure Size Sponsorship Recognition Flyer will be designed and displayed at the monthly meeting.
• President will give recognition at the beginning of the meeting.

Gold Sponsor – $300 (three chapter meetings)

• Display your company flyers, handouts and materials at the meeting. Marketing packet will be included in the handout packet.
• Company Logo & Sponsorship recognition will be listed on the website and the Monthly Newsletter for the month prior to the meetings that your company has sponsored.
• Up to 5 employees from your company may attend the three monthly meetings for which you’re a Gold Sponsor.
• Company will be allowed to deliver a 5 minute “Snapshot” of their company’s products & services at the beginning of the meetings, including PowerPoint (5 slide maximum).
• Brochure Size Sponsorship Recognition Flyer will be designed and displayed at the monthly meetings
• President will give recognition at the beginning of the meetings.
• Business card opportunity drawing.

 Platinum Sponsor – $500 (six chapter meetings)

• Display your company flyers, handouts and materials at the meeting. Marketing packet will be included in the handout packet.

• Company Logo & Sponsorship recognition will be listed on the website and the Monthly Newsletter for the month prior to the meetings that your company is a Platinum sponsor.
• Up to 5 employees from your company may attend the six monthly meetings for which you’re a Platinum Sponsor.
• Company will be allowed to deliver a 10 minute “Snapshot” of their company’s products & services at the beginning of the meetings, including PowerPoint (10 slides maximum).
• 36′ x 48′ Laminated Sponsorship Poster will be designed and displayed at the 6 monthly meetings.
• President will give recognition at the beginning of the meetings.
• Business card opportunity drawing.

Newsletter Sponsor – $500

• Provide an article of the month to be included prominently in the OCCAPA monthly newsletter, credited to your company.
• Company Logo, description, and local office contact info.
• Company Logo & Sponsorship recognition will be listed on the website and the Monthly Newsletter for the month prior to the meetings that your company is a Newsletter sponsor.
